每年6月的第一个星期天，都会举办玫瑰节，玫瑰节上会选玫瑰皇后、玫瑰采摘仪式、歌舞表演和盛装游行等活动。有“液体黄金”之称300多年保加利亚玫瑰精油会让你向往从首都索菲亚开始的芬芳之旅。
5月，上海和北京，我们启动了首届外交官文化节。
上海的昆曲《牡丹亭》，北京的百亩牡丹花园，我们请国色天香的中国牡丹来做世界使者。在八世纪，中国牡丹传入日本，1330年传入法国，1656年传入荷兰，1820年进入美国，至今已有20多个国家栽培中国牡丹。“太平盛世喜牡丹，国运昌时花运昌”，如今的中国牡丹，代表着人类和平、幸福、繁华与富足。
2010年10月2日，将是一个特别的日子，保加利亚驻华使馆将种下61棵中国牡丹，以庆祝中保建交61周年。

Flowers in May are blooming everywhere.
This is my favorite season, because the peonies and roses are in fully blossom. Our lives need some aromatic flavor. You only need to indulge in the flower scent, when you wake up one morning, you might have become a flower fairy already.
Therefore, this issue embraces you with rose and peony.
We are going to Bulgaria – the world well-known rose kingdom. Here has the most famous rose valley, the rose planting area is nearly 3000 hectare in the whole valley. In every summer, the rose valley becomes the ocean of roses with different variety and color, and filled with refreshing rich fragrance. The Rose Festival is held on the first Sunday in each year, including Rose Queen Selection, Rose Picking Ceremony, Dance and Singing show and costume parade. The ‘Liquid Gold’ 300-year Bulgarian rose essential oil will make you looking forward the fragrant trip starting from the capital Sofia.
In May, we started up the First Diplomats Culture Festival both in Shanghai and Beijing.
Shanghai Kunqu Opera , and Beijing hundreds hectare peony garden, we invite the beautiful Chinese peony to be the world emissary. In 8th Century, Chinese peony introduced into Japan, the peony introduced to France in 1330, to Netherland in 1656, and to America in 1820; so far, there are more than 20 countries plant Chinese peony. ‘People like peony when the society is in peace and prosperity, the flowers grow well when the country is in prosperity’, today’s Chinese peony represents human peace, happiness, prosperity and affluence.
October 2nd 2010 will be a special day, Bulgarian embassy will plant 61 Chinese peonies to celebrate the 61st Anniversary of establishment diplomatic relations between China and Bulgaria.
