Each year, there will a slogan for the competition. All teams must design their performances according to the theme set by the organizing committee. The on-site jury composed of former ambassadors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, representatives of foreign Embassies in China, representatives of the media (both domestic and international), and the sponsoring enterprises will decide on golden, silver, bronze and other prizes and deliver the same to the winners.
