Mr Martin Orlando, the Minister Counsellor of Uruguay Embassy to China, attended the event and delivered a speech.
He not only highly praised the excellent quality of Uruguayan beef, but also emphasized the environmental protection concept and sustainable agricultural model behind it.
Ms.Wang Jianying, Chairman of Jeeny Wang Shop and Ms.Victoria, Cai, General Manager of INAC Asia, both delivered speeches.
After the opening ceremony, the Chefs on site cooked high-quality Uruguayan "eye steak" with exquisite craftsmanship, leaving every guest present in awe after tasting it.
INAC is a non-government public body that was created for the proposal, advice and execution of the national meat policy. Among other tasks, it’s necessary to set the quality standards and technical specifications to lead meat production into acceptable commercial quality levels, to organize and comply with the commercial quality control of the industry, and to establish specific quality certification regimes. Besides, INAC is dedicated to promoting the national brand of Uruguay Meat, presenting the highest-quality Uruguay beef to the consumers.
